Brooke Daves was raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Baylor University (1998) and Harvard Law School (2002). Upon graduation she was associated with Goulston and Storrs, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts. From 2003 to 2004 she decided to take a detour from the practice of law for a couple of years to teach a bilingual 2nd grade class in the Waxahachie Independent School District. In 2005, Brooke returned to the practice of law as an associate with Monning & Wynne.

Brooke is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Texas. She is a member of the American Bar Association.

Nathan and Brooke Daves have been married since 2000. Their daughter, Jordan, is 1 year old, and Brooke's main recreational interest includes spending any free time she can find caring for and playing with her.
