 We are brothers and civil trial and appellate lawyers. Both of us have long been Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Both of us managed other lawyers as heads of the business litigation and trial sections of the large firms we left to form Monning & Wynne. We were initially joined by our cousin, Buck Wynne, III, who had a distinguished career as an environmental regulator. Buck died tragically in 1996. Our case load is equally balanced between both sides of the docket. We strive to handle matters entrusted to us with the same energy, professionalism, resourcefulness and resolve that distinguished three generations of Texas lawyers in our family before us.
